Q:Can I share my Family Game PASS account with friends?

A:No. Accounts are for personal use only and cannot be shared with others.and they do not support simultaneous logins on multiple devices. To keep your account secure and comply with the terms of service, please do not share your login information with others.



Q:Do I need to purchase Steam games in Family Game PASS separately?

A:No, if you have purchased the Family Game PASS, you can enjoy hundreds of Steam games available on the platform for free during the valid period.



Q:Do I need to download anything else to play these games?

A:You will need to install the Steam client. When you log into the Family Game PASS and select a game you want to play, the system will automatically assign an account for you to log into Steam. Follow the platform's instructions for specific download and installation steps.


Q:Error when clicking to start the game


A:Disable your antivirus software and firewall.
Uninstall and reinstall the client.
Restart the client and try clicking "Start Game" again.
If the issue persists, try connecting through a different VPN. (Some game companies may restrict IPs that have logged into too many accounts.)
Note:For a smoother gaming experience, we recommend installing the client on a drive other than the C drive.



Q:Can't launch the game?

A:Please check the following:
Is your system 32-bit or 64-bit?Did you download the correct version of the client?This issue can occur when the computer has low specifications. It is not a client-side problem.If none of the above apply, please refer to "Error when clicking to start the game".



Q:A virus warning appears when downloading the client.

A:To avoid similar issues in the future, we recommend the following settings in Windows Security Center:
Go to "Virus & Threat Protection" > "Manage Settings."
Select "Add Exclusions" and add the client folder as an exclusion.


Q:Why do I see a different Steam account every time I log in?

A:This is completely normal — the system assigns accounts randomly, so the login account may change each time.



Q:Can I import external save files into the client? If not, why does the client have options to download and delete save files?

A:The cloud save feature only works with files downloaded from our client. We are unable to recognize files from other sources.
