When is the release of GTA 6? The release of GTA 6 is planned for 2025. However, an exact date is not yet known at this time. The game will initially only be released on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S in 2025.

GTA 6: PC Release – What Do We Know?
Is GTA 6 coming to PC? When the first trailer for GTA 6 was released on December 5, 2023, Take 2 announced the release of GTA 6 on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S in a press release – the PC version was not mentioned at all (via take2games.com).
Nevertheless, a release of GTA 6 for PC is not ruled out. It is likely that GTA 6 for PC will be released with a bit of a delay.
In the past, Rockstar Games has often released new games first on consoles and then delivered the PC version a few months later – for example, with GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2.
When is GTA 6 coming to PC? Since the PC version of GTA 6 and its release year have not yet been announced, no date can be given. However, a release in 2025 seems rather unlikely due to Take2’s press release.
GTA 6 Trailer: Rockstar Games reveals first glimpses
The first trailer for GTA 6 was released on December 5, 2023. Rockstar Games released the 1.5-minute video 15 hours ahead of schedule because the trailer was leaked on the Internet and circulated on social networks.
What does the trailer show? The trailer of GTA 6 provides first impressions of the city life of the metropolis Vice City. In addition to the first pictures of the skyline and a view of the surrounding swamps, we are also introduced to the main characters including the protagonist Lucia.
We also see some scenes that are allusions to crazy real-life situations that took place in Florida.

What do we know about the map? GTA 6 will be set in the fictional city of Vice City, which is inspired by Miami in the US state of Florida.
Vice City is characterized by the tropical climate. It is usually very warm in the city, but this is occasionally interrupted by storms. Similar to Los Santos, the setting of GTA 5, there will also be a large sandy beach in Vice City.
In addition to the city itself, the trailer also showed a surrounding swamp area with alligators and flamingos, which could be based on the Everglades National Park.
However, not much is yet known about the design and size of Vice City and the rest of the GTA 6 map. We will update this section with newer information in the future.
