Museum Management Event Overview
The Everwinter City Museum Ledger of Curiosities event tasks you with revitalizing Belobog’s History and Culture Museum. Crucial exhibits have been stolen, and you must track down the missing items while managing the museum’s operations to restore its glory. The core of the event revolves around managing the museum’s various wings, collecting exhibits, and recruiting Guest Assistants. Pela, the museum’s curator, guides you through the initial stages of the event, highlighting the museum’s restoration and theft issues, leading you to the crucial management tasks.
Museum Improvement
The Five Phases
The event progresses through five distinct management phases: Poorly Managed, Dramatic Improvement, Flourishing Growth, Bustling Activity, and Prosperous Glory. Each phase brings new objectives and challenges, culminating in the final phase, when you reach the RevitaScore goal to complete the event. This incremental approach allows you to steadily improve the museum’s performance.
Leveling Wings
Investing in development funds is crucial for leveling up the museum’s wings. Higher levels improve the revenue potential of each section, but also increase the stat targets you need to achieve to attain S-ranks. While leveling ups may be needed for one or two specific stats, reassigning employees is often a more efficient way of hitting those goals.
Collecting Exhibits
The process of acquiring exhibits varies. Some involve straightforward collection quests, while others lead to restoration tasks, which involve solving simple puzzles to return the exhibits to their original condition. These restoration tasks might feature puzzle minigames that are familiar and not overly complex, helping you progress through the event’s tasks.
Recruiting Guest Assistants
Recruiting guest assistants is often intertwined with quests. You’ll encounter playful character interactions during interviews, sometimes involving funny situations and dialogue options. These assistants often bring significant stat boosts, assisting your progress towards achieving the desired S-ranks for each museum wing.
Tips and Tricks
Experimenting with different staff combinations is key to maximizing performance. Analyzing the necessary stat targets for S-rank achievement and adjusting staff assignments accordingly allows you to fine-tune your approach for optimal performance. Calculating how much more or less you need in your stat total can help in identifying the better employees to assign in the given section.
Don’t delay completing quests. The event often requires completing a set number of quests, often around 5, for a break and for useful bonus rewards. The game imposes a limit on the number of quests you can hold, and the best approach is either to complete those quests as you get them or to do so strategically for breaks in the management.
Prioritize an S-rank in all museum wings for maximum daily revenue. Aim to get an A or B rank by leveling up or re-assigning employees for the needed stats and getting close to an S rank, then achieving the S rank by assigning the right staff.
Enjoy the Event!
Beyond the tasks, the event offers amusing character interactions and playful moments, enriching your experience beyond the core gameplay. The comedic interactions during staff recruitment are an added layer of entertainment. There are also opportunities to include and even recruit playable characters, like Findie, Perkins, or even Svarog, to help. This will often make the event more fun and enjoyable.
Remember, even if you run out of time or need to pause, you can pick up where you left off at a later point. However, you’ll lose access to any limited-time rewards associated with the event when it closes. So don’t wait too long to complete it!
