Void-Scarred Pack Mother
Prerequisite: At least 1 active mask
To get this wolf mother in the blue color of the void, you have to solve a small puzzle. In Orgrimmar, there are two different, somewhat hidden items that you can see as soon as you have at least one mask active. If you pick up the corresponding items, you will get a stackable buff called “Tattered Wolf Rider Equipment”.
As soon as you have two stacks of this buff (i.e. found both items), take them to the leatherworking shop and click on the large carpet. This will spawn the pack mother, which you only have to knock down to bag it as a mount.
Nesting black mite
Prerequisite: At least 1 active mask
At various points in the vision of Orgrimmar, you can discover piles of garbage made of paper and old clothes. The piles of garbage don’t sparkle noticeably, but you can interact with them if you get close to them. Different enemies appear – sometimes rats, sometimes large slimes.
However, there is a small chance that a Nesting Black Mite will spawn instead. If you knock it down, it will drop itself as a mount.
Note that there is no guarantee that the black mite will actually appear. It is quite possible that you experience several visions in a row, search all the piles of garbage and still do not appear. It takes a certain amount of luck.
Also, keep in mind that you can also get this mount in the Vision of Stormwind! The Black Mite is the same mount in both versions of the Vision.
Voidscarred Wind Rider
Prerequisite: At least 2 active masks
To bag the Voidscarred Wind Rider, you must go to the Valley of Wisdom with at least 2 active masks. Complete all tasks there so that the area counts as completed. But now stay in the area and go to the elevator in the southeast of the area. The Void Barrier that was here before should now be gone.
Travel upstairs, where you will find some “Void-Scarred Hatchlings”. Defeat them all to make the Voidscarred Wind Rider appear. Defeat the beast and it will drop itself as a mount!
If the Horrific Vision of Orgrimmar is not active at the moment, you can experience Stormwind instead. You can also get a number of fancy mounts there.
