The story of World of Warcraft Midnight continues in Patch 12.0.7, which is now live. If you’re reading these lines, the servers are still offline due to maintenance or patch 12.0.7 titled “Revelations” is already live. To make sure you don’t miss anything, whether you need to buy WoW Gold to gear up or dive straight in, we’ll tell you what you should definitely do first so that you don’t lose touch.
2 mini-areas entice with heroic mode
What should you do today in Patch 12.0.7? Basically, there are two tasks to complete, which you should complete as soon as possible in order to benefit from the new content:
- Seek out Magister Umbric and Rommath to unlock the Omnium of the Sunwalkers (“Omniumfoliant”). Here you can choose an upgrade for your character every week, which will be active for the rest of Midnight. It is therefore a “borrowed power” system.
- Seek out the Void Elf Maella. In the meantime, she has been investigating the Void invasions and has identified the leaders. After a small quest line, you unlock the two mini-areas Neigtal and Val, which are also available on heroic difficulty.
What else is there to do? There is no real time pressure for the vast majority of the content of patch 12.0.7. The first season of Midnight is already in its final stages, so you can take all the time in the world. However, if you want to stay “on the ball”, we recommend that you play the following content in the coming weeks:
- Visit the Spore Fall Raid once a week to get a new mount after 4 weeks.
- Complete the new Void Quest quest line to learn all about the Loa—the godlike beings revered by many trolls.
- Take part in the “Turbulent Time Paths” event as soon as it starts. This is a time walk every week, which rewards a child of Vyranoth as a mount at the end.
- Visit the ritual sites at level 6. Here you can farm Mythic Badges and equip your character completely solo.
What’s next? With a delay of a few weeks, namely at the beginning of July, new story quests will also be added. Then you can experience how the story around Zul’Jan continues, which ultimately leads into the events of patch 12.1. Even though there is no concrete information yet, we already know that it is highly likely to go to the east of Zul’Aman, where we can prepare a new area.
What are your plans for the first night of patch 12.0.7? Are you going to take a look at the two mini-areas first? Or will you jump straight into the new Sporenfall raid and hope to get your hands on the best equipment? Or do you take it easy and play the story of the Loa in a relaxed way?
