FIFA 22: How FUT Heroes Could Change Ultimate Team

FIFA 22 is set to launch on October 1 for PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. As with every modern edition of the game, EA Sports is putting work into improving Ultimate Team. The mode lets players build their dream team by earning new cards through gameplay or purchasing packs with either in-game currency or real-world money. Over the past decade, it has proven to be a massive money-maker for EA, making it a key mode for the developer.
One of the stand-out new features for Ultimate Team in FIFA 22 is FUT Heroes. This new form of player cards are similar to Icons, but with a few important differences. Unlike Icons, Heroes don't appear to have multiple versions that are released throughout the game cycle. They also don't have the versatility Icons do in terms of chemistry.
