Stolen Insurance Notice for Buyers

Dear Buyer, please carefully read the following after-sales instructions when purchasing an insured account:


(1) The appeal history of the game account is not permanently traceable. You are required to contact the platform’s after-sales service "immediately" (within 48 hours) if the account is suspected of being recovered. The duration for which the official game operator retains the appeal history varies depending on the operator. If you contact the platform to report recovery after the stipulated time (generally 48 hours), you will bear the resulting losses.


(2) All costs incurred by the platform’s after-sales department are fully covered by the platform, with no additional charges to the buyer.

(3) If the insured account you purchased is resold or gifted to someone else, the insurance contract will be void. As game accounts are considered personal property, buyers are advised not to frequently lend their accounts to others or have them managed long-term by third parties. If you file a claim and the seller discovers discrepancies in the IP used, the claim may not be honored, as it becomes impossible to determine if the account has been recovered. You will be responsible for any consequences of being unable to claim compensation.

(4) The insurance service only covers "account recovery." Please ensure the proper security of your game account. Avoid clicking suspicious links, emails, and do not engage in third-party services for account boosting or top-ups. The insurance service does not cover damage due to hacking, scamming, banning, or freezing of the account. However, the after-sales service will offer maximum assistance to affected buyers based on specific cases. If you are concerned about the risk of the account being banned or frozen due to actions by the previous owner, please contact customer service for detailed inquiries before finalizing the transaction.

(5) All types of insured services are backed up and stored in multiple databases by the platform. If the buyer loses their proof of insurance, payment records, or transaction details, please cooperate with customer service or the seller when contacting the platform for account recovery. It is still recommended that all customers properly store their purchase information to avoid any obstacles during after-sales processing.

(6) If a buyer falsely claims that an account has been recovered or conceals the fact that the account was resold or gifted to others, and seeks compensation from the platform, it will be considered fraud. The platform reserves the right to pursue legal action.
