Event Details: During this period, when you purchase WOW Classic Era Hardcore Mode gold on the iGV, if your in-game character tragically dies at level 30 or higher, you will have the opportunity to choose one of the following two refund options:
Option 1: 10% refund of an old order amount
If you choose this option, after your character's death, please provide the following:
A screenshot of your dead character
The old order number you wish to use for the refund
Send the above information to [email protected]
We will promptly process your request and refund 10% of the order amount to your in-game account in the form of gold.
Option 2: Get 20% refund of an old order amount with your next purchase
By selecting this option, you can enjoy greater refund on your next order. You will need to provide:
A screenshot of your deceased character
The old order number you wish to use for the refund
The new order number that you place
Send the above information to [email protected]
Based on the information you provide, we will refund 20% of the old order amount in the form of gold to your in-game account with your new order.
Please note: You can only request a refund for one old order per death. In Option 2, the new order is not limited to WOW Classic Era; it can also be for World of Warcraft official servers or classic servers. Furthermore, the new order does not have to be for WoW gold; it can be for WoW boosting services as well.
Refund Procedure:
In the game, if your character tragically meets their end, immediately capture a screenshot of the game interface for future verification.
Providing a screenshot of your dead character, detailed information about the relevant order, and your chosen refund option. Send the above information to [email protected]
