Not Receiving iGV Emails? Try These Fixes
If you are not receiving registration, order, or security emails from iGV, try the steps below before requesting a new message.
Check the usual folders first
- Look in your spam, junk, trash, or promotions folder.
- Search your mailbox for keywords such as iGV or the email subject line you expected.
Add iGV to your safe sender list
If you use Outlook, Hotmail, QQ Mail, 163 Mail, 126 Mail, or a similar provider, add iGV to your whitelist or safe sender list so future emails are not blocked.
Confirm your mailbox status
- Make sure the email address in your iGV account is correct.
- Check whether your mailbox is full or blocking messages from unknown senders.
Try another mailbox if needed
If delivery keeps failing, consider switching to a more stable email provider and then contact support for help updating your account if necessary.
Tip: Whitelist iGV before requesting another verification code. This prevents the next email from being filtered again.
