For seller ratings, each successful transaction allows the buyer to evaluate the seller once. Evaluations are categorized into 'positive', 'neutral', and 'negative' feedback, each corresponding to a specific number of points: a 'positive' review adds one point, a 'neutral' review does not affect the score, and a 'negative' review deducts one point.

As for the service score, after a transaction is completed on iGV, buyers can rate the seller on three aspects: item description, seller's service attitude, and seller's delivery speed. Each score is the average of all the ratings given by buyers over the last six months, recalculated daily.
