ステップ3：販売者は48時間以内に対応する必要があります。返答がない場合、iGVが自動的に返金処理を行い、お客様の権利を保護します。
ステップ4：販売者が返金に異議を唱え、問題が解決しない場合は、紛争申請によってエスカレーションすることができます。iGVのカスタマーサービスチームが調査を行い、すべての購入者にとって公正な結果を保証します。
