iGVで本物のアカウントを購入するにはどうすればよいですか？
購入後、アカウントの詳細情報はどのように受け取れますか？
お支払いが確認され次第、アカウントの詳細情報は5分以内に、iGVに登録されているメールアドレス、またはチェックアウト時にご指定の配送用メールアドレスに送信されます。また、iGVアカウントにログインし、「メッセージ」から直接ご確認いただくことも可能です。5分経過しても届かない場合は、「注文管理」から販売者にご連絡いただくか、カスタマーサポートチームまでお問い合わせください。
購入後にアカウントに問題があった場合はどうすればよいですか？
ステップ1：iGVにログインし、「注文センター」から該当の注文を見つけてください。
ステップ2：「販売者に連絡する」を使用して直接問題を解決するか、「返金を申請する」をクリックしてアフターサービスプロセスを開始してください。
ステップ3：販売者は48時間以内に対応する必要があります。返答がない場合、iGVが自動的に返金処理を行い、お客様の権利を保護します。
