¿Cómo puedo asegurarme de comprar una cuenta real en iGV?
¿Cómo recibo los detalles de mi cuenta después de la compra?
Una vez confirmado tu pago, los detalles de tu cuenta serán enviados a tu dirección de correo electrónico registrada en iGV o al correo de envío proporcionado en el proceso de pago en un plazo de 5 minutos. También puedes iniciar sesión en tu cuenta de iGV y ver la información directamente en "Mensajes". Si no has recibido nada después de 5 minutos, contacta al vendedor a través de "Mis pedidos" o comunícate con nuestro equipo de atención al cliente.
¿Qué debo hacer si hay un problema con mi cuenta después de la compra?
Paso 1: Inicia sesión en iGV, ve al "Centro de pedidos" y localiza el pedido en cuestión.
Paso 2: Usa "Contactar al vendedor" para resolver el problema directamente, o haz clic en "Solicitar reembolso" para iniciar el proceso posventa.
Paso 3: El vendedor tiene 48 horas para responder. Si no se recibe respuesta, iGV procesará automáticamente el reembolso para proteger tus derechos.
Paso 4: Si el vendedor disputa el reembolso y el problema sigue sin resolverse, puedes escalar presentando una disputa. El equipo de atención al cliente de iGV investigará y garantizará un resultado justo para cada comprador.
