The Buyer Has Not Confirmed Delivery. What Should I Do?
If you have already completed delivery but the buyer has not clicked Confirm, do not panic. In most cases, you only need to keep your proof and follow up through the order.
Check your delivery record first
- Make sure the delivery details in the order are complete and match the listing.
- Keep your proof of delivery ready, such as trade screenshots, in-game mail records, or account transfer details.
Contact the buyer through the order
Use the order chat or Live Chat tool in the order to politely ask the buyer to review the delivery and confirm receipt.
Wait for the platform process
If the buyer does not respond, the order will normally be auto-confirmed based on the warranty period or after 5 days, depending on the product and order status.
Be ready if a dispute is opened
If the buyer raises an issue, submit your proof as soon as possible so the platform can verify the delivery accurately.
Tip: Keep all communication and delivery proof inside the order whenever possible. This makes after-sales handling much faster.
