iGV offers the best price guarantee on products in the Coins category. If you find a lower price on a competing product that meets the requirements, we will work harder to lower the price and you will be rewarded with 5x points on your order.
1. Scope of application of the Best Price Guarantee.
1.1 Which of iGV's products does the Best Price Guarantee apply to?
Only products in the Game->In Game Trading->Coins category are supported.Taking WOW as an example, after searching for the product name in iGV and filtering out the corresponding category, it is able to display the product.
1.2 Which are the competitors that meet the requirements?
Top 25 Google search results for "buy game-name gold/coins".
2. Conditions to be met when comparing prices.
- The competitor's price must be $1 or 1 % below the price of the goods ordered
- Payment processing fees, fixed processing fees, points and coupon reductions are not included in price comparisons
- Due to the frequent changes in the price of gold coins, the effective application time: based on the order payment time, within 4 hours, more than that will not meet the conditions
- You can only apply for 1 Best Price Guarantee per order
- The specifications of the competitor's product need to be the same as iGV's paid order, including: game name, server, and amount of gold
- The competitor's promised delivery time needs to be the same or shorter than the delivery time of the paid order
3. Application process for Best Price Guarantee.
3.1 Fill in the application form
To take advantage of the terms of the Best Price Guarantee, you must (i) fulfil the conditions set out in clauses 1 and 2 above and (ii) complete the Application Form.
The application form must be properly completed and you must ensure that the information provided in the application form is true and complete. iGV shall not be liable if iGV is unable to honour the Best Price Guarantee under the conditions set out herein due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
3.2 Screenshot.
A screenshot must accompany the application form. The image should show the date of the screenshot and the lowest price of the competitor found. Incomplete or ineligible applications will not be processed. The screenshot should clearly show the game name, server, number of coins, delivery time, and price.
Applications must be submitted within 4 hours of the payment time.
4. Verification and results.
The iGV team will verifiy your form submission within 48 hours and provide you with the results via the contact details you have provided.
5. Article Revision.
iGV reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. The revised Terms shall take effect on the date they are posted online on the Website and shall apply to any request made through the Website from the date of publication of the revised version.
iGV urges the Customer to read the updated Terms carefully before making any request. By making any request, the Customer confirms that he/she has read and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
iGV also reserves the right to terminate the Best Price Guarantee at any time, but for requests submitted prior to termination, iGV will process them in accordance with the terms set forth herein.
