iGV offers a Best Price Guarantee for eligible products in the Coins category. If you find a lower qualifying price elsewhere, we may review it and reward your order with 5x points.
Which products are eligible
- This policy applies to supported products in the Game > In Game Trading > Coins category.
- The competitor product should match the same game, server or region, delivery type, and comparable quantity.
How to submit a request
- Prepare the competitor listing details, including the lower price and matching product information.
- Submit the comparison to iGV support for review.
What happens after review
If the request meets the policy requirements, iGV will review the pricing and process the qualified reward according to the current Best Price Guarantee rules.
Tip: The comparison must be for a truly comparable product. Missing details or mismatched conditions may cause the request to be rejected.
