Blizzard has responded to the feedback and implemented new items. In WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria, you'll now become much more powerful faster.
In WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria you can become powerful. Very powerful. But apparently not powerful enough so far. Because now Blizzard has patched new rewards into the game that will increase your character power even faster. We'll tell you what the new "spools" are all about.
Of course, if you don't like this mode, you can still choose to stick to MMORPG. iGV will prepare fast, safe and cheap gold for you, Buy WOW Classic SOD Gold, which will help you to get an advantage and good gaming experience in the game.
What are the new rewards?
From many activities there are now "spools" (in German "spool" or "spool"), in different quality levels. These items are basically greatly improved threads that you can weave into your cloak. As a result, the power of the cloak grows very quickly, so you should feel significant improvements. There are these four variants:
- Minor Spool of Eternal Thread (Common)
- Lesser Spool of Eternal Thread (rar)
- Spool of Eternal Thread (epic)
- Greater Spool of Eternal Thread (legendary)
Depending on the rarity level, these items grant a different amount of stats. The legendary variant gives +180 to one attribute. So that's the equivalent of 8 to 15 epic threads that you can find so far.
The epic spool still grants +100 to one attribute, which corresponds to 5 to 9 epic threads.
If you're not level 70 yet, you'll get the smaller spools as a reward, which grant slightly fewer stats – but are still a significant boost at low levels.
Where do you get these spools?
You can get the new rewards from almost all types of group content. Visiting the raid will earn you, but also completing the various daily quests for dungeons and scenarios. The spools also grant many successes – but not retroactively, which is criticized by many. In total, there are the following sources for the spools:
- Daily Quests at the Eternal Bazaar
- Daily first reward for visiting scenarios, dungeons, and every LFR raid
- World Bosses
- Remix's successes
- Chests of the Thunder King from the Isle of Thunder scenario
Why did Blizzard bring these items into the game?
Even though Blizzard doesn't put it so clearly, there are probably several reasons why they have implemented these new rewards.
- On the one hand, there were many voices who said that there are too few rewards in Remix, which mean a clear, immediate increase in power. The many threads come in regularly, but these are always only small increases. Bigger jumps are now made with the spools.
- The second reason may have been the exploit of the "Frog Farm". Here, it was possible for a fraction of the players to accumulate an extremely large amount of power in the first two days and thus have an almost insurmountable lead.
The new rewards don't make the lead smaller, but the increase in power of your own character is more noticeable.
Ultimately, you should see the spools for what they are: A nice boost that means a clear leap forward, but can't replace persistent play. However, if you have little time every day, you will feel significant progress with the spools. Otherwise, you can also farm bronze quite well – you will quickly become stronger.
