Starting the Quest
The quest to access the island of Pandala begins at [12,-21] in front of the bridge linking the island to the continent. Here, you will meet Moktwa, who informs you that you cannot pass due to construction work. To assist the workers and progress in the quest, Moktwa asks you to eliminate some Sidoas in the surrounding area.
