About Theft Insurance
Theft Insurance is intended to protect eligible buyers when a purchased account is recovered by its previous owner during the covered period.
Claim scope
- The claim scope is limited to account recovery by the previous owner.
- It does not include bans caused by your own actions, such as cheating, or issues caused by ignoring the seller's instructions.
Claim period
If the account is recovered within the covered insurance period, you may file a claim through the iGV Buyer Center according to the policy timeline.
What to do right after receiving the account
- Record the original account details and order number.
- Change allowed account information as soon as possible and keep a record of every change you make.
How to file a claim
- If recovery happens, contact the seller or iGV support within the required window and provide screenshots or other proof with visible date and time information.
- If the evidence is valid, the platform will ask the seller to recover the account or handle the case within the policy timeline.
Important notice
If the platform successfully recovers the account during the handling period, the after-sales process will continue based on the policy terms.
