1. Claim Scope


You are unable to log in due to the account you purchased being recovered by its previous owner.

Note: The claim scope does not include the following situations:

Any after-sales reasons other than account recovery. For example:
(1)Account bans caused by your own actions (e.g., using cheats).
(2)Account bans caused by not following the seller’s instructions (e.g., contacting game support without the seller’s permission).


2. Claim Period:


If the account you purchased is recovered within the one-year insurance period, you can file a claim in the iGV Buyer Center. If the seller does not help you recover the account within 7 days, the platform will compensate you with 100% of the account's original price.


3. Steps After Receiving the Account:


(1)Record the original account details, such as the account password, email password, etc. Review the seller's description to confirm which account details can be modified. You need to modify the account information within 1 hour of receiving it and keep a record of every change (including account and password, email and password, phone number, etc.).
(2)Record your order number.



4. Claim Procedure:


(1)If the account is recovered, you must contact the seller or iGV customer service within 48 hours and provide proof:
①Provide your order number, and proof of account recovery (screenshots with date and time).
②Evidence must include a screenshot showing the exact date and time (year, month, day). The buyer is responsible for any issues caused by a lack of traceable evidence due to extended timelines.
(2)If your evidence is valid, the platform will require the seller to recover the account within 7 days of your claim submission. If the account is not recovered and the seller does not provide an equivalent account, the platform will compensate you with 100% of the account's original price.


Important Notice:

If the platform recovers the account within the 7-day processing period, the buyer must unconditionally accept the account (In the event of another recovery, the platform will continue the after-sales process.). If the game account is recovered within the 7-day processing period and the buyer refuses to accept it, it will be considered a waiver of the compensation service. If the buyer wishes to pursue further action, the platform will assist in protecting their rights, but will not take the lead.
