Common Login Issues Guide

Solve the problem that the client does not respond/fail when clicking "Start Game"

1: Check and Reinstall the Client

Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc simultaneously to open the Task Manager.
In the Task Manager, check if there is a "MyService.exe" process running.

If not:
Disable your antivirus software and firewall.
Uninstall and reinstall the client.
Restart the client and try clicking "Start Game" again.

To avoid similar issues in the future, we recommend the following settings in Windows Security Center:
Go to "Virus & Threat Protection" > "Manage Settings."
Select "Add Exclusions" and add the client folder as an exclusion.

Note: For smooth game startup, please install the client on a drive other than the C drive.

2: Fortnite Game Account Rental

If you purchased the Fortnite game account rental:
Right-click on Epic Games and select "Open File Location."
Check if the folder contains a Win64 folder. If it only contains a Win32 folder, you need to download and install the Win64 version.

To install the Win64 version:
Download and unzip the Win64 installation package.
Unzip the package to the corresponding folder. Note: If there are multiple Win64 folders in the unzipped path (such as Binaries/Win64/Win64), move the contents of the second Win64 folder to the correct location.
Make sure that the unzipped folder path contains only one Win64 folder, then run Epic Games and check if the game can be started normally.

If the game starts successfully, return to the client, enter the rental code, and log in to start the game.
