View all user reviews in one place
Non-automatic buyer reviews are collected in the seller backend so you can check, track, and manage them more easily.
Reply to buyer reviews
You can reply to each eligible review through the Reply button. Each review can usually be replied to once.
Where reviews and replies appear
Your reviews and your replies may appear on your store homepage and on relevant product pages where buyers evaluate seller credibility.
Pin-to-top feature for eligible sellers
Some sellers may have access to a feature that highlights selected high-quality reviews on the store homepage.
Communicate professionally if a review seems wrong
If a buyer misunderstood an order, you can contact them through the supported communication tool to clarify the issue.
Warning: Never pressure or manipulate buyers into changing reviews. Coercive review behavior may lead to penalties.
