WoW Remix: Blizzard doubles your bronze, triples the threads

Blizzard is changing the rules of WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria. From now on, everything goes much, much faster - because you get more bronze and power.

WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria has been around for almost a month now. In this game mode, you not only level alts super fast, but can also earn almost infinite power and lots of cosmetics. Now a new buff has been activated that makes everything much faster and ensures that you collect bronze at almost twice the speed.

Of course, if you don't like this mode, you can still choose to stick to MMORPG. iGV will prepare fast, safe and cheap gold for you, Buy WOW Classic SOD Gold, which will help you to get an advantage and good gaming experience in the game.

What has been changed?

A new buff has been active in the WoW: Remix game mode for a few hours now. If you look at your buff list, you'll now see the "Timerunner's Mastery" buff, which has two different effects:

  • Bronze from all Bronze Boxes is doubled.
  • Threads from all eternity bobbins are tripled.

What does that mean exactly?

In plain language, this means that in the future you will collect bronze much faster if you play content that is rewarded with bronze boxes. This is especially true for raids that grant a Bronze Box on every boss on Normal or Heroic difficulty. But the daily quests from the Eternal Dragonflight camps now also give double bronze – i.e. 2,500 bronze per quest instead of 1,250 as before.

Overall, raids should now be much more lucrative than before, as the bronze per hour has been almost doubled.

At the same time, your character power should grow much faster, as the power gain from all Eternity Coils (of any quality) has been tripled. Where a legendary bobbin previously granted 180 threads, there are now a whopping 540 threads. Also, remember to complete your special scenario each day to get really strong quickly.

Why is Blizzard doing this?

Blizzard has taken a close look at the feedback of the last few weeks and wants the next 2 months to be even more fun for the community.

The original plan was to reduce the upgrade cost of items in Remix and reward all players who have already upgraded their gear retrospectively.

But that didn't work because there are some technical problems with how WoW Remix interacts with Dragonflight. For this reason, they have now opted for these buffs instead, from which everyone benefits - regardless of whether you have already spent a lot of bronze or are still at the very beginning of the journey in Remix.

This is how the community reacts:

The buffs are largely received positively in the community. Most of them are happy that there is now bronze much faster. Some far-sighted players have already suspected such a buff and have saved a lot of Bronze Crates. They proudly show their screenshots of dozens of bronze boxes that they will now redeem.

However, there is also a part of the community that is somewhat dissatisfied. Many played Mists of Pandaria very intensively in the first few weeks, put all the bronze into equipment and farmed a lot. They feel a little burnt out - and believe that they wouldn't have played so much if it had been clear in advance that Blizzard would massively increase the preservation of bronze and threads afterwards. At least farming bronze is now much faster.

What do you think of the change? A good thing so that you can really unlock everything? Or a little nasty for all those who have already really put their heart into it?
