결제가 확인되면 계정 정보는 5분 이내에 iGV에 등록된 이메일 주소 또는 결제 시 입력한 배송 이메일로 발송됩니다. iGV 계정에 로그인하여 "메시지" 항목에서 직접 확인하실 수도 있습니다. 5분이 지나도 받지 못하신 경우, "내 주문"을 통해 판매자에게 연락하시거나 고객 지원팀에 문의해 주세요.
구매 후 계정에 문제가 생기면 어떻게 해야 하나요?
1단계: iGV에 로그인하여 "주문 센터"로 이동한 후 해당 주문을 찾으세요.
