What kind of record is that?
It's about a record in WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria. Here, speed runners try to push the absurd possibilities of this game mode to their limits and use several game mechanics and also some glitches to complete dungeons as quickly as possible.
How is this possible?
This is made possible by a combination of several factors. On the one hand, "Conzil" plays a demon hunter. These benefit massively from increased movement speed through their mastery and are also an extremely mobile class anyway.
In addition, most of the record holders only use a test account for World of Warcraft. Because then the maximum level is limited to 20, while the character stats continue to rise due to the artifact cape. As a result, level 20 characters in scaled game content – such as dungeons – are often more powerful than characters at the maximum level.
Much more important, however, is that the Demon Hunter has a double jump and the glide ability. This allows the character to jump on a torch at the start of the dungeon and glitch through the wall from there. Using the ChiJo socket, he can then move through the dungeon in no time at all (or rather: underneath it) and lands precisely in the room of the final boss: Darkmaster Gandling.
He has very little to oppose his character, so that after 11.60 seconds the final boss is dead and the dungeon is completed. This may not be the most efficient way to farm bronze, but it's certainly a very impressive feat.
