— Tap and hold on your current location (blue dot) in Google/iOs maps. After that, you’ll be able to see coordinates. If you’re having difficulties with this, just contact me for further assistance.
Q4. Can I trade any pokemon from your store?
— Yes but there are some trading rules, which can’t be broken at all.
All pokemons have markers: High CP / Event / Gens / Others / Legendary / Shiny.

You can trade any of them. If you already have a pokemon registered in pokedex, you will need just 100 Stardust. If you don’t have the pokemon registered in pokedex, you will need 20K Stardust.

These types of pokemons require registration in pokedex. You have to have the pokemon registered in pokedex and 20K Stardust.
Q5. What does «Registered in pokedex» mean?
— Click on pokeball - pokedex - find a pokemon. If picture is colored (has been caught before), the pokemon will be counted as registered. If there is no picture OR picture is grey (has seen), the pokemon will be counted as unregistered.
Q6. How to trade unregistered Shiny / Legendary?

— Legacy pokemons have rare move/moveset. They deal more damage than regular.
Q8. How does «Buy 2 Get 3» promotion work?
— If you buy 2 same pokemons you will get 1 same Pokemon for free. E.g. if you buy 2xTyranitars you will get 3 in total.

Setelah pembayaran disahkan, butiran akaun anda akan dihantar ke alamat e-mel iGV yang berdaftar atau e-mel penghantaran yang diberikan semasa daftar keluar dalam masa 5 minit. Anda juga boleh log masuk ke akaun iGV anda dan melihat maklumat terus di bawah "Mesej". Jika anda masih belum menerima apa-apa selepas 5 minit, sila hubungi penjual melalui "Pesanan Saya" atau hubungi pasukan sokongan pelanggan kami.
Apa yang perlu saya lakukan jika terdapat masalah dengan akaun saya selepas pembelian?
