What is Game Account Rental?
Game account rental is an innovative service model that allows players to temporarily use high-level game accounts owned by others through leasing. This is an economical and efficient way to experience premium gaming with a variety of skins and equipment. Users simply need to select their preferred game and place an order. After placing the order, download our client software and use the provided login code to automatically log into the game without manually entering account details. Once logged in successfully, you can start your gaming journey.

How to Access the Login Code?
Please note that the login code is the only credential to unlock your order. Once used, it will be bound to the account that was first unlocked.
Via Website: Visit the official iGV website and log into your account. Go to "My Orders" and click "Check Login Code" on the order you need.
Via Client: Open the client and log into your account. Click on the rental center to view your purchased login codes.
Enter the login code and click "Start Game"; the system will automatically log you into the corresponding gaming platform.
Why Does the Game Close Automatically?
The game will automatically close once the rental order ends.
Unable to Log into Epic:
Disable antivirus software.
Uninstall and reinstall Epic, and uninstall and reinstall the Family Game Room client.
Log back into the Family Game Room client to launch the game.
Note: The Epic platform has high-speed requirements for login; it is recommended to use an accelerator or VPN.
Unable to Log into Steam:
Disable antivirus software.
Uninstall and reinstall Steam, and uninstall and reinstall the Family Game Room client.
Log back into the Family Game Room client to launch the game.
How to Request a Refund?
Select the relevant order in the Order Center and click "Refund."
1.Buyers have the right to request a refund within 30 minutes of placing the order. If more than 30 minutes have passed, a refund cannot be requested.
2.If the seller agrees to the refund, the system will refund the amount according to IGV's existing process.
3.If the seller disagrees, the buyer can request platform intervention. Once approved, the system will refund the amount according to the process.
