Family Game Room Pass Subscriber Agreement
This agreement is made between IGVAULT LIMITED ("IGV") and members who purchase the Family Game Room PASS (hereinafter referred to as "members" or "you") regarding the use of the membership services provided by IGV (hereinafter referred to as "this service"). This agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement") establishes the rights and obligations related to the use of the service between IGV and the members. "Members" refer to individuals or single entities that enjoy the Family Game Room PASS services provided by IGV. Please read this agreement carefully to ensure you fully understand all terms, including those that exempt IGV from liability and limit the rights of the members. This agreement constitutes a prerequisite for members (whether individuals or entities) to use the service provided by IGV. You are not entitled to use the service unless you accept the terms of this agreement. Your choice to use the service will be deemed as acceptance of all terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with any or all terms of this agreement, please do not proceed to the next step or use IGV membership services. When you proceed to the next step or use IGV membership services, you signify that you have reached an agreement with IGV and voluntarily accept and comply with all provisions under this agreement. IGV reserves the right to modify the contents of this agreement. Once there are any changes, IGV will notify you via the relevant page or by other reasonable means. If you do not agree with the changes, you can choose to stop using the service. If you continue to use the service, it will be deemed that you have agreed to all the changes. The updated agreement will take effect from the date specified at the beginning of the document.
(1) IGV may from time to time publish agreements, announcements, page descriptions, and notifications related to the membership service on its official website. These contents become an inseparable part of this agreement upon publication and take effect immediately.
(2) Membership services refer to the services provided by IGV to users who have activated the Family Game Room PASS Membership. Members can conveniently use shared STEAM accounts through this matching mechanism, enjoy over 3000 games, and have exclusive game saves and one-on-one customer service consultation.
(3) The service is limited to use on the IGV platform. Any malicious or illegal attempt to separate the service content from the IGV platform will result in all legal consequences being borne by the perpetrator. IGV will pursue legal action against the perpetrator.
(4) You acknowledge and agree that if you use third-party payment channels to pay fees, you will also be bound by the service terms and usage rules of those third parties.
(5) IGV may modify or change the service content, rules, and terms of this agreement based on business development or technical upgrades and will publicly announce such changes on the relevant pages. The updated content, once published, will replace the original agreement content without further notice. Please refer to the latest version on the official website promptly. If members do not agree with the modified agreement content, they may cancel the acquired services and stop using them. If you continue to use the service, it will be deemed that you have accepted all modifications to this agreement.
(6) Members enjoying the service must also comply with the IGV "USER LICENSE AND SERVICE AGREEMENT," "PRIVACY POLICY," "TERMS AND CONDITIONS POLICY," and other related agreements and terms on the IGV website.
(1) The method of purchasing membership services: Click to enter the Family Sharing channel → Click "pay for free Buy Family Game Room PASS" button → Go to the membership page and click "subscribe now" → Make payment → Complete the payment to successfully activate the monthly continuous subscription. Download the client to start the game.
(2) You are responsible for properly and correctly managing, using, and maintaining your IGV membership account and password and taking necessary and effective confidentiality measures. You will bear any losses resulting from improper management, use, or maintenance that are not caused by IGV's legal fault, including loss, leakage, tampering, theft, or other such incidents.
(3) If you discover unauthorized use of your IGV membership account or any other abnormal situation that prevents normal login, please contact customer service promptly. IGV may require you to provide relevant information and/or proof during the handling process. Ensure the provided content is true and valid.
(4) Please note that any actions under your membership account are considered your own actions, and you are responsible for all activities occurring under your membership account or through it.
(5) The service period for your membership services is based on the service period you choose and pay for and starts from the time you become a member. You can check it for free by logging into the IGV official website. The period will not be extended if you do not use the service. When the membership service period expires, IGV will stop providing membership services. However, if you have enabled the automatic renewal service and successfully renew before the service period expires, the membership service period will be extended based on the original service period. You can unilaterally stop the automatic renewal before the service period expires, and IGV can also stop providing automatic renewal services unilaterally based on operational strategies. The membership service period will terminate when the current service cycle ends.
(6) Please understand that the membership service period includes reasonable time for IGV to resolve faults, repair, adjust, or upgrade Game Rooms, or handle third-party infringement issues. IGV will not provide any form of compensation for the time required or any loss caused by the above situations, but IGV will minimize the impact as much as possible.
(7) The same membership account can only be used on one device at a time. If you exceed the above usage limit and cause any loss, you will bear the responsibility, and IGV has the right to impose restrictions on login, usage, or suspend or terminate the service based on your exceeded usage.
(8) Your membership account is for your personal use for non-commercial purposes only. Unless IGV agrees, membership rights cannot be transferred, migrated, assigned, gifted, sold, leased, or shared between different accounts, even if the same person owns the different accounts.
(9) You only have limited usage rights for the membership account, membership services under the membership account, virtual products (goods), and related products and/or services, and do not own ownership or related intellectual property rights.
(1) You can view the purchase status of the membership service at any time by logging into IGV, clicking on your avatar, and entering the order center page. If you have any objections to the above records, you should immediately notify IGV. If the investigation confirms an error, IGV will correct it. Otherwise, you agree that the transaction records on IGV are the only valid evidence of the purchase status of the membership service.
(2) You are solely responsible for any losses caused by your actions that prevent IGV from providing the membership service or cause any errors while providing the service. IGV does not provide returns, exchanges, or compensation for such losses, including but not limited to: a. Failure to follow this agreement or rules published and updated by IGV from time to time. b. Invalidation, loss, or suspension of your account. c. Errors caused by incorrect account entry, improper operation, wrong selection of service duration, or purchase amount. d. Losses caused by reasons related to your bound third-party payment or login account, including but not limited to freezing or confiscation of the third-party account. e. Losses caused by improper password setting or management. f. Property losses caused by your intentional or gross negligence.
(3) If you engage in any of the following actions: a. Obtain membership services for profit, either for yourself or others. b. Provide your membership account to third parties in any form, such as renting, lending, or selling. c. Use any content obtained through membership services for purposes other than those agreed upon in this agreement. d. Use stolen accounts to purchase or use membership services. e. Obtain membership services through any system bugs, loopholes, robot software, spider software, crawler software, screen scraping software, or other improper means. f. Engage in any improper means or actions that violate the principles of honesty and integrity to obtain membership services. g. Violate relevant rules and regulations of IGV. PS: IGV and its affiliates have the full right to take one or more of the following measures against you, depending on the severity of the situation, without notifying you. IGV and its affiliates are not obligated to compensate you or refund any fees paid for the membership service and have the right to cancel any benefits you have obtained through membership activities. You are solely responsible for any resulting liabilities and must fully compensate IGV, its affiliates, or third parties for any losses incurred (including but not limited to compensation, fines, settlement fees, litigation and arbitration fees, reasonable attorney fees, etc.). (1) Suspend or terminate all or part of the membership services and IGV services. (2) Temporarily restrict or permanently ban your related IGV account.
(1) This agreement takes effect from the date the member chooses to accept or use the service and continues until the member terminates the service or cancels the membership.
(2) Members have the right to choose to terminate the automatic renewal service within a specified time. For specific methods, please refer to Article 3.4 of this agreement.
(3) Terminating the automatic renewal service is considered a revocation of the authorization for IGV to deduct fees automatically, but this does not affect the deductions completed before the successful revocation.
(4) You fully understand and agree that IGV may change, suspend, restrict, or terminate all or part of the services due to business development needs or emergency situations. In this case, if you fulfill your obligations under this agreement, IGV will protect your legal rights. Unless otherwise specified by law, we have the right to directly process refunds without your application.
(5) In the following cases, IGV has the right to terminate the service immediately without any liability to you or any third party: a. Your actions are confirmed as illegal or infringing by a valid legal document from a government authority, or IGV reasonably believes that your actions violate this agreement or IGV's rules and regulations, or are suspected of violating laws and regulations. b. Your actions interfere with the normal operation of any part or function of IGV. c. IGV believes that providing the service to you poses a significant risk.
IGV and its partners shall not be held liable for any losses you incur due to platform or software maintenance, upgrades, adjustments, third-party issues such as telecommunications equipment failures, computer viruses or hacker attacks, technical problems, network, computer malfunctions, system instability, typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars, terrorist attacks, government regulations, or other force majeure events. You understand and agree that while using the automatic renewal service, you may encounter force majeure or other risk factors causing service interruption. In such cases, IGV and its partners promise to cooperate with relevant parties to resolve the issue promptly, but IGV and its partners will not be responsible for any losses incurred and will not refund the fees you paid for the automatic renewal service.
Any dispute related to these Terms and Conditions, your visit to the Company's websites, or products and/or services you purchase through the Company, shall be exclusively submitted to arbitration in the UK. However, if you have violated or threatened to violate the Company's intellectual property rights, the Company may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in the world, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under these Terms and Conditions shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing in the UK. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms and Conditions shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to these Terms and Conditions, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
(1) When you first subscribe to this service, you have read and agreed to this membership agreement. If you purchase the membership service again later, it will be deemed that you have implicitly agreed to and accepted all the terms of this agreement, without needing to check or confirm again. The terms of this agreement will automatically take effect each time you renew the membership service.
(2) IGV's failure to exercise, delay in exercising, or insufficient exercise of any rights under this agreement or according to law shall not be deemed as a waiver of such rights, nor shall it affect IGV's future exercise of such rights.
(3) If any provision of this agreement is deemed completely or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall still be valid and binding, and IGV and you shall endeavor to achieve the intended purpose of the agreement.
(4) Any terms used but not defined in this agreement shall have the meanings defined in IGV's rules.
